Today the first of the four LightCoce training workshops took place. The session was moderated by ISQ with the support of Axia Innovation and NTUA. The topic of the workshop was Collaborative Management and its relation to Open Innovation. After a short theoretical introduction to the subject, consortium partners divided into two groups (Service Providers and End Users) and completed a design thinking activity sharing their opinions and perspectives on the project status and future steps.

It’s been a very inspiring activity that, thanks to ISQ’s competence and experience, turned out to be very valuable despite it had to be attended remotely. The other three training sessions will be performed in the following months: one internal workshop for the consortium partners and two other workshops open to the public.
